The aircraft initially wore the aluminium dope scheme with black anti-glare panel, red/yellow bort codes and standard titling and national insignia.

At some later point in the aircraft's career it had the low viz "U.S.AIR FORCE " and national insignia applied. None of my references show any pilot/crew chief names carried under the canopy.
