This sheet was issued by Carpena as the first of a two part series on the Mirage 2000. I have no idea of the release date, but I suspect it was shortly after the Airfix/Heller Mirage 2000 kits arrived. The decal sheet is nice in that it offers quite a variety of markings and one full set of stencil data. The print quality is average, with good detail however slightly let down by a minor register problem which appears on all 5 copies of this sheet that I own. The main problem is the green being very slightly out but the only impact this has is on the UAE roundels and flags. Its really not a major problem and only really visible when looking very closely at the decals.
A bigger problem with the sheet is the legibility of the instructions, which are simple black and white photocopies. Some parts of the sheet are faded so badly that it is impossible to read the text and much important information is effected by this (this problem is present on all 5 copies of this sheet that I own). This isn't a major issue for die-hard Mirage fans as the decal locations and colours should be quite obvious, however if you are not familiar with the aircraft decal placement maybe difficult.

This sheet is the second part of Carpena's Mirage 2000 series and offers several options for both French and export Mirage 2000s and also includes one full set of stencils. The printing and registration is perfect (on all three copies I own) unlike the previous Carpena sheet listed here.
A further problem with the previous sheet was the clarity of the instruction sheet and this has again been improved, with much clearer drawings and text. Strangely the base drawing used is for a twin seat aircraft, even when the subject is a single seater, however at least the decal placement is legible.

This was the first Mirage 2000 sheet from Two Bobs who have subsequently released a further Mirage 2000 special scheme. My examples of this sheet are perfectly printed and the decal quality is excellent. While I am not a big fan of special schemes I bought two copies of this sheet anyway so I can use the nice stencil data on other projects.
